Disputes & returns
Opening a dispute (and returns)
Not as described, never arrived, or faulty? Open a dispute within 48 hours.
If there's a problem, don't confirm the order — open a dispute. Your payment stays held while it's sorted.
- 1
Open the dispute
On your order, pick a reason (not as described, dead on arrival, wrong item, IMEI mismatch, activation lock, damaged in transit) and add photos/details. - 2
Seller responds
The seller has 3 days to respond: provide tracking, offer a partial or full refund, or accept a return. - 3
You decide
Accept their offer, or turn it over to NoSiappa to review. NoSiappa's decision is final.
Returns
If the resolution is a return, ship the phone back and enter the tracking number. Once the seller confirms it arrived, your refund is released.
It never arrived
If the courier never delivered, you can dispute once it's shipped — a never-received order is fully refunded.
Act within 48 hours
Open the dispute before the inspection window closes. After you confirm (or it auto-confirms), the sale is final.
