Refunds — how they work and how long
Approved refunds are sent to your bank by IBFT, arriving in 1–2 working days.
If an order is cancelled before shipping, the seller never ships, or a dispute is resolved in your favour, you get a refund.

Usually within 1–2 working days once sent.
Full vs partial
A cancellation or buyer-win dispute is a full refund (no fees kept). A negotiated partial refund returns part of the price and you keep the phone.

- Do I get the buyer protection fee back?
- On a full refund (cancel, no-ship, buyer-win), yes — you're made whole. On a kept-item partial refund, the fee follows the resolution.
