Return & Refund Policy

NoSiappa.pk is a consumer-to-consumer (C2C) marketplace: devices are owned and sold by individual, verified sellers, and NoSiappa provides escrow, verification, and dispute resolution — it is not the seller. When you buy, your payment is collected and held in escrow by NoSiappa and released to the seller only after you receive the device and confirm it is as described, or the 48-hour inspection window passes. This policy explains when and how you are refunded.

Full refund — you pay nothing

You receive a 100% refund (item price + any fees) when:

  • You cancel an order before the seller ships;
  • The seller fails to ship within the required window (order auto-cancels);
  • The device never arrives; or
  • A dispute is resolved in your favour (not as described, wrong item, dead on arrival, IMEI mismatch, activation-locked, or damaged in transit).

Returns & partial refunds

Where a dispute is resolved by a return, you ship the device back (with tracking) and your refund is released once the seller confirms receipt. Where you and the seller agree a partial refund and you keep the device, only the agreed amount is refunded.

Inspection window

You have 48 hours from delivery to inspect the device and either confirm it or open a dispute. After you confirm — or the window passes with no dispute — the sale is final and the seller is paid.

How to request a refund

Open the order from your dashboard and choose Cancel (before shipping) or Open a dispute (after delivery). Your money stays protected by NoSiappa the whole time.

How refunds are paid & timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment source — a bank transfer (IBFT/Raast) to the account you paid from, or, for card/gateway payments, back to the card/wallet used. Refunds typically reach you within 1–2 working days of approval.
