Check everything on arrival. Confirm to release payment, or open a dispute.
When your phone arrives, the seller still hasn't been paid. You get 48 hours to check it and decide.
Checklist on arrival
- Dial *#06# and match the IMEI to the listing; re-check it on 8484.
- Confirm it's signed out of iCloud / Google (FRP) and has no passcode — it should boot to the setup screen.
- Test calls, Wi-Fi, cameras, buttons, ports, and battery health.
- Compare condition and accessories to the listing.

Do nothing and it auto-confirms
If you don't act within 48 hours of delivery, the order auto-confirms and the seller is paid — so check promptly.
