Delivery, tracked end-to-end
When a sale is paid, the seller ships your phone with a tracked courier. You follow its progress from your order page, and the inspection clock starts only after delivery.
The packing video — your shared protection
Every seller records a short packing video: IMEI on screen → phone into the box → flyer sealed, in one unbroken clip. It protects both sides:
- Buyers: proof the correct device was packed.
- Sellers: proof of what was sent, if a buyer disputes.
Timelines
Delivery is typically 1–3 working days within major cities and a little longer for remote areas. Your order page always shows the live status and any deadlines.
Local pickup (where available)
Some listings offer local pickup. You meet the seller and enter a one-time handoff code — escrow releases only once you've inspected the phone in person. No prepaying a stranger, no doorstep bargaining.
Shipping cost
Shipping is shown at checkout (free during launch). Sellers never collect cash on delivery — you've already paid safely into escrow.
