Disputes & Returns — How They Work

If something's wrong, you're covered
You get 48 hours after delivery to inspect the phone. If it matches the listing, confirm and the seller is paid. If it doesn't, open a dispute from your order page — your payment is still protected in escrow.
How a dispute flows
- You open a dispute and describe the issue (with photos).
- The seller responds with one structured option: provide tracking, offer a partial refund, offer a full refund, or accept a return.
- You accept their offer, or escalate to NoSiappa.
- NoSiappa reviews the facts and evidence — the listing, your photos, and the seller's packing video — and decides.
Returns
When a return is agreed, you ship the phone back with a tracked courier within the return window. Once the seller receives it (or NoSiappa rules), the refund is released. If the device comes back damaged or incomplete, a fair deduction may apply.
For sellers
Respond promptly and honestly. Your packing video and accurate listing are your best evidence. A working money-back guarantee builds buyer trust — and trust sells phones faster.
What's not covered
The guarantee covers misdescription and defects, not a simple change of mind. Buy with intent, sell honestly, and disputes stay rare.
