The golden rules that keep every deal safe.
NoSiappa is safe because the money stays with us until you confirm. Scammers try to pull you off the platform — don't let them.
The golden rules
- Never pay a seller directly. Pay only inside NoSiappa checkout.
- Never send a deposit, “token”, or advance by Raast/JazzCash/Easypaisa to a person.
- We will never DM you payment details. The only account to pay is shown inside checkout, with your order reference.
- Keep chat on NoSiappa — sharing phone numbers or off-platform contact is hidden for your protection.
- Re-check the IMEI on 8484 when the phone arrives.
If someone asks you to pay outside NoSiappa
It's a scam. Stop, don't pay, and report the listing or message. Payments outside escrow have zero protection.
Account safety
- Use a strong password and keep your email secure — it's your account's key.
- Sensitive actions (withdrawals, bank changes) need a fresh one-time code (step-up).
- A changed payout bank is held 48 hours and we alert you — so a hijack can be caught.

- Refuse. Off-platform means no escrow and no protection — this is the most common scam.
