The short version
- Every device is verified before it goes live — photos, IMEI, and PTA status.
- The buyer pays NoSiappa, not the seller. We hold it in escrow.
- The seller ships with a tracked courier and a packing video.
- The buyer inspects on arrival and has 48 hours to confirm or raise a problem.
- Only after the buyer confirms is the seller paid. Aap ki payment mehfooz hai.

Always pay inside NoSiappa checkout. Money sent directly to a seller has zero protection.

- Is NoSiappa a bank?
- No. NoSiappa is not a bank and pays no interest. We collect your payment into a dedicated, segregated account and act only as a payment-collection agent, releasing it to the seller after you confirm.
- What can I buy and sell?
- Used and open-box phones (and related tech). Every listing is reviewed before going live.
